For more than 13 years, I've specialized in instructional design, helping people understand complex or new topics. These days, I focus on cloud technologies and generative AI—not only as the learning material I build, but as the tools I use to make my work better and faster.

My philosophy is simple: start with the human, not the tech. I believe the secret to great training is empathy. It's about understanding the learner's starting line to build a clear path to the finish line. I accomplish this using relatable examples, clear language, and hands-on scenarios.
